Gymnastic Class!

Both Maylan and Brandon took this same gymnastics class when they were about Marissa's age, so I was really excited when to sign her up too. She loves it! She's learning all about waiting her turn and following directions and she gets to play a little at the same time. This last time it happened to be a holiday, so Maylan and Brandon were both there to help her out with the little obstacle courses and such which freed me up to take a few pictures.

This is a picture of her trying SO hard to get her little feet off the ground. She's just not quite there yet, but I love to watch her try!

Her favorite cousin Ella is in the class too. She's older and more experienced and it's good for Marissa to watch her and learn from her. Sitting on the white line is a big accomplishment for both of them!

This is her "Ta-da" after a big forward roll. Those are her favorite to do and she's really pretty good at them. She always says "ta-da" when she's finished rolling.
