What's missing from this picture?

The training wheels, of course! We took them off a few months ago and he panicked so we put them back on. All last week, Maylan had them bent so they were a few inches off the ground and he never used them, so we finally took them off again last night and he took off and never looked back. He even told Ryan to throw them in the trash. He's awfully proud of himself.
