Jump Around!

So I was browsing the Toys R Us ad from the past week and noticed they had a trampoline on sale. What fun, I thought. Our backyard needs something more exciting in it than a little grass and a little concrete. So today being a holiday, Ryan and I took a few hours this morning and put the thing together. It was a little bigger than we had anticipated. But, as anticipated, the kids loved it! They've been out there all day along with various other friends and neighborhood kids who have stopped by to check it out. We realized we had a little problem when we tried to attach the safety enclosure (why didn't we need these when we were kids?). The legs are supposed to be staggered in a certain way, which we didn't realize when we put it together. Oh well. We'll fix it tomorrow. Until then, we can't keep the kids off it, so we just hope no one falls. Maylan's already working on her front flip. As soon as she gets that down, I'll get a picture.

Pretty impressive, Ryan. He was a little too scared to try a flip although he claims he was a pro back in the day. We'll see if he ever gets his nerve up for that.

A few hours of jumping has a way of wearing the kids out. This could really work out well for me.
