The Blocker Family

So the other day, I had the kids raking up the leaves in the front yard from our tiny little tree that makes a big mess with leaves. They thought it was great fun of course. I went outside a little while later to see the leaves in a big pile with one of Maylan's dolls all wrapped up in it. They were playing "baby Jesus" with Maylan as Mary and Brandon as Joseph and the baby in a leaf manger. I was pleased to see that some of the true meaning of Christmas we talk about so often was actually sinking in for them.
